Personal record / 2024-2026

THE QARP: a documented history of work and unpaid compensation

I worked on THE QARP projects from December 2024 to December 2025. THE QARP is the name used for a group of GxP-related projects. My work was assigned, reviewed and accepted by Maksim Bunimovich, also publicly referred to as Maxim Bunimovich, who personally agreed the scope of work and payment terms with me.

On 26 July 2026, I sent a formal pre-action demand to Maksim Bunimovich and published this documented timeline. After a partial payment of 500 EUR, the confirmed outstanding balance is 3,560.09 EUR. As of 30 July 2026, the outstanding balance remains unpaid.

How payment was made

I had to request every payment separately.

From the beginning of my work on THE QARP projects, no monthly payment was received in full on the agreed date. I repeatedly had to ask for payment, and even after reminders the money was transferred only in separate instalments.

After 156 days without a payment, I sent a formal pre-action demand. A partial payment of 500 EUR was received on 26 July.

Full payment has still not been made 3,560.09 EUR

current confirmed outstanding balance
as of 30 July 2026

The promised schedule for further payments, due by 29 July, was not provided. I received no notice that the deadline had been extended.

4,060.09 EUR on the date of the demand 500 EUR received 3,560.09 EUR outstanding
How the balance was calculated

The agreed compensation was determined for each period of work. All confirmed payments in euros and roubles, together with the set-offs accepted by both sides, were deducted. After a complete reconciliation against my bank records, the balance on the date of the pre-action demand was 4,060.09 EUR. The 500 EUR received on 26 July 2026 has been included. The full transaction register, exchange rates and primary records are preserved separately.

THE QARP and the Spanish company

Public records connect THE QARP with a company established in Spain.

THE QARP ACADEMY S.L. is a Spanish company registered in Barcelona under NIF B19913078. Spanish registry records and THE QARP's current legal pages publicly connect the company with the project.

My work had an international scope and was performed remotely from my home in Spain. Spain-specific tasks included localisation of website content for the Spanish market.

Registry details and sources

Spain's Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) records that THE QARP ACADEMY S.L. began operations on 17 July 2024. At incorporation, Maksim Bunimovich was recorded as its sole director and sole shareholder.

A further BORME notice published on 25 April 2025 records the loss of single-member company status and a change of corporate purpose to other management consultancy activities.

THE QARP's current Privacy Policy identifies THE QARP ACADEMY S.L. as the data controller. The site's current Terms & Conditions identify it as the “Spanish Entity” and describe circumstances in which it may act as a provider or contractual counterparty.

My initial discussion about the work took place with Maksim Bunimovich in Barcelona. The work itself covered international markets and was performed remotely from my home in Spain. Spain-specific assignments included the translation, localisation and adaptation of website content for the Spanish market.

The legal role of each person and entity remains to be assessed separately.

Maksim Bunimovich acknowledged the debt and asked me to continue working.

He continued assigning and accepting work while assuring me that the outstanding amount would be paid. Payment deadlines were repeatedly moved.

What happened after the work was suspended
01 / Partial payments

No full settlement was made. On 15 December 2025, I formally suspended my work in writing.

02 / 17 December

On 17 December, I discovered that my work Google account had been deleted, access to my work email and Google Drive had ended, and Slack was unavailable. I had received no advance notice that access would be closed. After I asked what was happening, Maksim Bunimovich wrote:

“Dasha, I will pay what I owe you, and I will not be able to continue working with you.”
03 / Personal materials

My personal materials, unrelated to THE QARP, remained in the work Google Drive. I asked for access to be restored for 30 minutes so that I could retrieve them. Maksim Bunimovich replied: “I will check later.”

Access was not restored, and I was unable to retrieve the personal materials.

Full timeline and source notes
  1. Work begins and the first delay occurs

Payment delays begin in the first payment period

Terms. I began working on 11 December 2024 with a three-month initial period and agreed compensation of 1,600 EUR per month. After that period, the work continued at 2,000 EUR per month.

The first payment date was 11 January. Before that date, on 30 December, Maksim Bunimovich transferred an advance of 60,000 RUB. The remaining amount was not paid by 11 January. After I asked about it, he confirmed the agreed date and wrote: “It will be tomorrow.” On 12 January, he transferred only part of the amount and proposed using the 12th as the regular payment date.

The pattern continued. On 12 February, after another partial payment, Maksim Bunimovich confirmed that a further 200 EUR remained due. On 11 March, at the end of the initial three-month period, he again wrote that he still owed the salary. None of the first three monthly payments was completed in full on the agreed date.

  2. First expressly acknowledged shortfall

Maksim Bunimovich confirms an unpaid amount and gives a new deadline

18 April. During a reconciliation, he confirms that part of the agreed compensation remains outstanding and says it will be paid the following week.

12 May. On the next agreed payment date, he reports another delay: “There is nothing today ... I hope I’ll be able to pay tomorrow.” He then proposes paying in parts.

Source: WhatsApp, 18 April and 12 May 2025.

  3. Partial payments and new dates

Separate partial payments are made while the work continues

I continue requesting payment. The correspondence contains repeated new deadlines, including “then the balance next week”, “tomorrow”, and promises to transfer one part during one week and the balance during the next.

What happened. Several partial payments were received in cash and by bank transfer. They are all included in the final reconciliation, but full payment for the completed work was not made. I continued managing websites, content, email campaigns and other marketing work.

Source: WhatsApp, 12 June, 2-3 and 17-21 July, 14 August 2025; bank records.

  4. Written acknowledgement of debt

Maksim Bunimovich acknowledges that he owes me EUR 4,000 and asks me to continue

I ask directly whether the payment obligations will be met or whether I need to find other work.

13 September. Maksim Bunimovich writes: “I owe you EUR 4,000.” He proposes moving to half-time work while retaining responsibility for email campaigns, posts and two websites. He also names a new payment schedule of twice per month.

    Source: WhatsApp, 1, 8 and 11-13 September 2025.

  5. Another schedule and further partial payments

The new schedule does not result in full payment

October. After reminders, two partial payments are received in roubles. Maksim Bunimovich continues identifying later weeks as the time for the next transfer.

November. I send a period-by-period reconciliation. After further reminders, additional partial payments are received and included in the final calculation. On 28 November, he promises to repay the remaining debt by 15 December.

    Source: WhatsApp, 1, 3 and 31 October, 15, 17-18 and 27-28 November 2025; bank records.

  6. Work is suspended

After another incomplete payment, I suspend the work in writing

12-15 December. A partial payment is received, but the promised continuation of payment does not follow. On the evening of 15 December, I send a formal email suspending work because of the repeated incomplete payments.

17-22 December. Maksim Bunimovich writes that he will pay what he owes me. He then promises to pay the entire debt by the end of January and to begin partial payments that same week.

    Source: WhatsApp, 12, 15 and 17 December 2025; email, 15, 21 and 22 December 2025; bank records.

  7. Two transfers after suspension

50,000 RUB is received before New Year and another 20,000 RUB in February; full payment is not made

What happened. On 29 December, 50,000 RUB is received. The next confirmed payment is 20,000 RUB on 20 February. No payment is received in January or March. Both transfers are included in the final reconciliation.

3 February. Maksim Bunimovich again confirms the obligation to pay and names winter and spring 2026 as the new repayment period. In March, I ask again about the next transfer.

  8. Written confirmation and another schedule

On 8 May, Maksim Bunimovich confirms the debt in writing and proposes a new payment arrangement

By email, he confirms the obligation to pay and promises to begin monthly payments no later than 31 May.

Later reconciliation. After checking every available transaction, I determined the current confirmed outstanding balance shown at the top of this page. The detailed calculation and primary records are preserved separately.

30-31 May. I provide bank details on 30 May. The promised payment is not received by the stated deadline of 31 May.

Source: email, 2 April and 8 May 2026; bank records; correspondence, 30-31 May 2026.

  9. After the last written deadline

No further confirmed payment is received before the pre-action demand

31 May. After the latest deadline passes without payment, I ask again. Maksim Bunimovich responds that he has a long queue of people waiting to be repaid, says he will begin making repayments in June, and states that some have already been waiting for a year.

What happened. No further confirmed payment was received between 20 February and 25 July 2026. The 20,000 RUB received on 20 February remained the last payment before the pre-action demand.

26 July. I send a formal pre-action demand to Maksim Bunimovich and receive a partial payment of 500 EUR. I confirm receipt.
